PISANO

Pisano winery is een geval apart. The Pisano-brothers en Nico Kosik maken "persoonlijke wijnen", eerder dan dat ze streven naar perfectie. Ze schuwen het experimenteren niet, en gaan vaak af op hun buikgevoel. De spirit van the family is dat ze hun eigen zin doen en niet de commerciële mainstream volgen. Eduardo is the grape-grower, Gustavo the winemaker & Daniël is degene die alles aan mekaar praat. We hadden een zeer gezellige namiddag, eerder een familiefeestje dan een winetasting, maar, alhoewel ze hun wijnen soms minimaliseren, was ik verrast door de hoge kwaliteit. 

Pisano winery is a special case. The Pisano brothers & Nico Kosik makes personal wines rather than striving for perfection. 

They do net shed the experimentation, and often go on their abdominal feelings. The spirit of the family is that they do their own thing and do not follow the commercial mainstream. Eduardo is the grape-grower, Gustavo the winemaker & Daniël is the one who talks everything together. We had a very pleasant afternoon, more a family party than a wine tasting. But although they sometimes minimized their wines, I was surprised by the high quality.

La bodega Pisano es un caso especial. Los hermanos Pisano y Nico Kosik hacen vinos personales, en lugar de luchar por la perfección. No evitan experimentar y, a menudo, confían en su intuición. El espíritu de la familia es que hacen lo suyo y no siguen la corriente principal comercial. Eduardo es el viticultor, Gustavo es el enólogo y Daniël es el que habla todo junto. Tuvimos una tarde muy agradable, más una fiesta familiar que una cata de vinos. Pero aunque a veces minimizaban sus vinos, me sorprendió la alta calidad.
